The Use of Emotions during Communication Usage of emotions within any communication is quintessential to achieve ease of interaction. This suggests that emotions are made use of by people whenever there is a need to further boost the message than is the case when they talk to one another through the verbal tenets. Emotions easily transfer the message which words at times are unable to communicate. For this reason, it has been seen that emotions make up for the shortcomings that exist within the communication hierarchies.
Also this highlights the basis of using emotions for boosting the intended message. Moving on, it is important to comprehend here that emotion-usage is increasing with the interaction amongst people who hail from different cultural backgrounds and settings.
