...situation, and continue based on their usual mode of behavior. In other cases, they can misrepresent the issue as a legal, constitutional or a communication one, and never determine ethical element. In the past, it was usual for the nurses (and other healthcare providers) to describe only the main life-threatening circumstances, like euthanasia, as ethical and not recognizing ethical components of other everyday challenges (Perrin et al., 2011). It is now very clear that the failure to recognize and react to the ethical components of any situation may be linked to an increase in a nurse’s burnout and frustrations. For instance, moral distress has been linked to burnout in...

...of nonsampling errors such as measurement errors, nonresponse biases, and recording errors. In this study, it is evident that a convenience sampling would be used depending on the available number of candidates, since there is no option to exclude based on any criteria. Those who did not fit the inclusion criteria were only excluded, and any professional student nurse or doctor that participated in the programme was included (Evaneshko, V., 1985). Most researchers think of sampling as important for accurately representing the population in descriptive terms, that is, external validity or generalization. Sampling, however, also is concerned with the relationships found. Therefore,...

... History The Civil War (1861-1865) and the Present-day Racialism in America The American Civil War values have had trivial application in the modern day America. The Civil war lasted for the period between 1861 and 1865. After eleven states withdrew from the United States to form the Confederate States of America, also referred to as the “South”, the “North” upheld the union, which was against slavery. The war is perceptibly the most ruinous event that America has ever encountered. The war gave rise to almost 1,030,000 casualties, 3 percent of the total population, including approximately 600,000 Southerners and Northerners who died during the war, a number higher than a combination of all deaths caused by wars in the history...
