I always keep in mind to develop the structure of the academic paper that I am about to write. This keeps reminding me that I do not have to go off track and stick to what I have planned earlier for my writing needs. Having said that I now move on to the vocabulary phase, which indeed is my favorite part (Hinkel 2004). I select the words which would be used within the academic paper itself. I make sure that the words are a mix of easy ones as well as those which are difficult and new for the reader.

This comes about with a lot of reading done on my part. Lastly, I give total emphasis on sentence structure as this is one of the most important factors behind writing a formal academic paper. This marks the make or break phase of the paper itself. A formal academic paper is therefore dependent on these three aspects because there needs to be a proper methodology behind writing a formal written piece.
