1. What are some real-world examples of ethical and unethical leadership that you have encountered while working?
I have encountered ethical leadership examples in the form of setting personal examples by the top management personnel within the organization. However, unethical leadership has been manifested time and again by them when they have failed to follow the vision which they had developed for the sake of the organization itself, in the past. The personal exemplary case is thus the root cause for understanding the thin line that separates the ethical and the unethical leadership regimes. Fortunately, on my part, I have been able to distinguish the two within the course of my employment at the organization. I have seen the leadership using its resources to coach, mentor, and train the employees, which is indeed a positive point. However, sadly I have also witnessed severe criticism on the part of the leadership towards the employees which has basically discouraged them in an out and out fashion. These two aspects however run hand in hand within the organizational undertakings.

2. What is the role of ethics in the workplace?
The workplace would be seen in a very pragmatic way and thus the negativities would be done away with at the earliest by the people who hold some form of grudges against the same. It is a fact that an ethical workplace would see more people vying to join the organization than a workplace that does not manifest ethical behaviors and actions (Yukl 2006).

3. In what ways is employee diversity changing the workplace?
Employee diversity is changing the workplace in the present times since this aspect has brought together people from different nooks and corners of the globe. The strengths of these people are being basically judged more than anything else. It does not really matter from where these people have been brought together for the sake of achieving organizational goals and objectives. What matters most is how these talented people give in their very best towards the completion of the tasks that have already been envisaged by the leadership domains in the organization. Diversity has meant growth and development for the organization and this is indeed a very significant aspect. Employee diversity will continue to have positive effects in the workplace in the times to come since discriminatory aspects are kept at a distance within these organizations. What this does is to give each and every employee the perfect platform to exhibit his/her true talents and abilities. The skill sets come out in a full circle and the organizations are indeed the winners at the end of the day. In essence, employee diversity will change the workplace more and more. The reason lies in its application and usability. The organizations have accepted the benefits that come along the employee diversity discussions.
