English is not their mother tongue. Therefore this is a major bottleneck in communication. These set of soft skills are very important regarding the efficient functioning of the tertiary sector and if left unnoticed, may become a major hindrance in achieving their true potential.

Apart from this, a proper lesson of corporate ethics might also be necessary to lead these economies from a blue collared job scenario to white collared one. One of the most unique features of these emerging economies is their extremely screwed nature of their distribution of national income.
