Relations Between Democratic and Non-Democratic Countries The Democracy is the form of government in which supreme power resides in the people as a whole or is put into effect either directly by them or by officers elected by them. The democracy is a pretty recent, pretty fleeting concept. The democracy is really meant for the people for the people and by the people. This really means that in the democracy the people choose the government by their own choice for their own development. The democratic government works for welfare of the people by maintaining a balance with the other democratic countries with the world. The democratic government is chose by the people. The democracy in a state or a country works for the people. This fundamental of democracy had continued initially from the era of Roman Empire up to now. The autocracies even led to wars in the ancient times also. The principle of autocracy had been discontinued from that time only. The people at that time elected their own representatives for their benefits. The individualism had significant role from the past up to now. The rulers in the past followed the individualism but in today's era there is democracy in all the parts of the country. Thus there were huge amount of wars which were causing destruction only. In today's era, the democracy has changes the trend towards political and economic liberalization over the past century. The dynamic relations all over the world are quite important for the countries today. The democracy has enabled the different countries to make peaceful relations with each other. The democratically formed rules have enforced the government to work accordingly, thus making worthy relations with other countries. Thus the countries having democracies are maintaining themselves for development of their own as well as of the world. The countries which had not been a democracy today are deferring immensely in development and are threatening other countries. Thus they are not maintaining the peaceful relations. Iran, whose Supreme Leader is a religious figure unfettered by popular elections, and threatens to develop nuclear weapons and potentially wants to dominate the Middle East. The relative lack of attention to variation in the international behavior of non-democratic states represents a startling omission. There are many other countries also which are only having the one party rule like the China and others, but are really maintaining the excellent coalition with other countries. The countries which are not having democracy are having either one party rule or either the dictatorship like the recent one in Afghanistan by the Taliban. Thus these countries never had been on the road of development, relations with other countries, but instead they threatened other countries for wars. The plane attack on plane America on 9th September, 2001by the militants was result of that only. Thus the individualism is neither better for a country nor for the world. So the countries must have a democratic form of government. From the example of Syria it had been clear that democracy is quite important. If the democracy will not exist in a particular country, then it will be under a single person or party, thus these countries are responsible for the wars as conceded from the past also. These countries will cause a threat to other countries and there will be a war like the dictatorship in the past in the Germany, the Italy, and the Japan was responsible for the World War ll. Thus they caused a self destruction of themselves after the World War ll. The democracy facilitate for the importance of expanding and intensifying relations of friendship and all-round mutual co-operation in accordance with the vital interests of the peoples of the countries and in the interests of strengthening international peace and security. The democracy ensures for balancing the international relations for maintaining the peace and development of the country. The democratic countries like the USA, the India and others had developed a lot. These countries had maintained a worthy relations between themselves, hence improved their economical status. The trades and the industrial ventures between the two countries coordinate themselves for inter-mutual relationship and the path for development. The India and the Pakistan got the freedom at the same time, but as per the democracy concern the India is more peaceful as compared to the Pakistan. The variation is due to the fact that many time in the past, the Pakistan was ruled by many army generals. Like presently, the Pakistan is governed by General Pervez Musharraf. There was no peace in the country when he throne the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and became the autocratic ruler. The demolition of the government was followed by violence. There was not a single day, when violence had not occurred. While on the other hand, the neighbor of Pakistan, the India had a lot of peace as it had a democratic government. The people had faith in government and democracy. Even from the independence, there is a democratic form of government in India. So the nation is having peace in the nation up to yet. The country had even a soothing economy rate for rising as a powerful nation in future. The countries having non-democratic form of government are not having peaceful relations with other countries. These countries are in the hand of one side or person. Thus this form of individualism never had an opposition. So they can do anything according to their aspirations. Even from the past, there were many examples like Lebanon was facing a civil war from 1975-1990. The Iraq was one another example in which the President Saddam Hussein was brutal in his country. He adopted the brutal measures to suppress its rivals. He also had not maintained the peaceful relations with his neighboring countries and other countries. These non-democratic countries even don't have the growth rate as high as other democratic countries. These types of non-democratic associate themselves with the anti-development processes like wars, terrorism and others. The Afghanistan with Taliban as the ruling party considered as terrorist group with Osama bin Laden as its chief. He every time threatened the USA for its policies against the Muslims. Though he was eradicated by USA, but he did harm in USA by confronting conspiracy against the USA by 9th September, 2001 incident. Most of the non-democratic countries have only one principle from the past to the present that is of violence. They want to capture the power on the whole earth by destructive methods. They want the decisive power for ruling. These powers think that if any other country comes in the middle of them, they will destroy it. Thus the tendency of them in not concerned with peace but with destruction. These countries had an interesting feature that these countries hardly associated their power in construction of the country. These countries have remained under the under-developed tag. The countries in Africa are the examples. The country like Myanmar in Asia has never developed so far. In comparison the European and American countries had developed a lot due to democracy. The democratic government itself has originated from common people. So the common people have the understanding o in f living peacefully for development. So by following these sorts of principles, these countries have developed in all respects like technology, business, development, economic conditions, and in other fields also. In the democratic countries, the people lead a peaceful life with the government working for their benefits. The government in the developed countries as well as in the developing countries, work accordingly with the people implanting many development policies. They don't have constraints of having the one side only. Thus the democratic countries like USA, UK, France and others are developing by maintaining peaceful international relations. These countries develop a relation with the developing countries also. Like the USA is allowing their business companies to invest in the developing country like India, Brazil for out sourcing. Thus by these policies not only the USA is in beneficial condition but the developing countries are also developing. Thus the democracy helps a lot in making a peaceful relation with the other countries, but on the other hand non-democratic countries have not been developed yet due to their policy constraints.
