It is applicable on touching the lesson in imparting the knowledge and facts regarding one's culture.
I completely agree on what Sousa stated. Since the ability of an individual is molded together with the being. And in an individuals sense, a person is acting based on his own achievements and ability. The wholeness of a person is entitled to its own several qualities and abilities. The complexity and the ability is much on its connection.
This means that in teaching you need to consider the social background of your students. You need to adapt to their natures. There are some reactions you won't expect because of their individual differences. For example you are teaching to a province known for their different cultures. You need to set your self and your teachings to what they really were born to. The teacher must think of a strategy that will catch the gap between your natures of culture to your learner's scope of social standards. For example in teaching, a) let them express their ideas with something that is based on their own perspectives as having one specific culture b) discuss to them the good qualities and purposes of doing some culture of each student c) let them enumerate their cultures.
Do you believe that student-centered instruction is more important or subject-centered instruction Why or why not
Many teachers are dealing with the same situation too. But if you will be thinking only for the lesson or to what you are going to teach will the learning process be successful
