Some Iranian rugs are imported in to the United States from Canada. Most American dealers, unwilling to risk their businesses, rely upon Chinese or Turkish made hand rugs.
3. The Present Situation of the Persian Carpet Industry
As mentioned above competitors have taken over the carpet industry.
