The lack of sleep can distress the performance of young people in their work and also the students in their studies. Therefore, they are required to sleep adequately to reduce distress (Sparks, 2010).
According to Khan & Franco (2014), Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome disturbs the “sleep disorder breathing” of both males and females. Therefore, it affects their health along with well-being to a considerable degree. Due to the effects, individuals including males as well as females experience high levels of risk of life-threatening diseases (Khan & Franco, 2014).
Based on the article of Wiggins & Freeman (2014), adolescents possess unique experience of sleep related to the differences persisted in psychological as well as developmental aspects and these differences certainly raises the possibility of causing unfavorable conditions. Actual sleep improves the efficiency of health and reduces the risk of health diseases (Wiggins & Freeman, 2014).

According to the article of Sehgal & Emmanuel (2011), sleep disorders can affect the health of males, females as well as children. Therefore, every individual needs to take rest and sleep adequately to improve the quality of well-being. In this regard, such individuals must sleep for 6 hours at night and have freshness on next day (Sehgal & Emmanuel, 2011).

Synthesis and Analysis of the Literature
By reviewing and analyzing the above-stated literature, it can be ascertained that in recent trends, effective healthcare is one of the major concerns for every people throughout the globe. The high risks of diseases that can be happened due to sleep health problems are hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes. These diseases might occur due to oversleeping, which denotes sleeping more than 6 hours at night. Teenagers also face sleep problems along with young people. Therefore, people need to sleep properly and take rest for ensuring greater well-being and improvements in health (David, 2012).

Theoretical Framework
From a theoretical perspective, the health promotion model can be referred to as the procedure through which people can select a healthy lifestyle, which encourages them to become self-confident. This model focuses on the methods that can help ensure greater improvements in the well-being and health of the people in the form of lessening the risks of causing severe diseases. Identifiably, this particular model provides a quality level of training as well as counseling to the patients regarding how they can improve their quality of health (Raingruber, 2014).
Based on the above-discussed model, an effective framework relating to the topic of sleep health can be built. In this similar context, the design of such a framework can be primarily based on various significant aspects including gaining knowledge about keeping self-care of health and becoming self-confident to tackle several health diseases. Apart from this, the framework for the subject matter of sleep health in the above-discussed model would also entail obtaining comprehensive knowledge about how much sleep is required for people along with the teenager in a day to feel fresh and perform their respective work effectively on the next day (Raingruber, 2014).
It is worth mentioning that the health promotion model helps people to make effective decisions in clarifying any health issue, which in turn, imposes a favorable impact on making greater improvements in their health as well as well-being. This particular aspect could also be included in the framework developed for the topic concerning sleep health (Raingruber, 2014). The structure, of the model of health promotion, can be better understood by the following depicted structure:

Potential Intervention
From the above literature review and the analysis of the same, it can be inferred that sleep health is regarded as one of the major factors, which ensure improvements in the health as well as the well-being of the people. To develop the practice of sleep health, it is necessary to acquire information about the implications of sleep health and determine potential interventions for deriving varied positive outcomes. Therefore, education and training can be one of the major interventions to deal with the issue concerning sleep health (Wiggins & Freeman, 2014).
In this regard, the intervention would mainly focus on ascertaining the need for proper sleep and taking rests to maintain good health in the future. It is projected that the intervention of proper education as well as training about sleep health and its nature along with consequences will certainly aid in resolving the issue and ensure the deliverance of self-care treatment to the individuals (Sehgal & Emmanuel, 2011).
