Despite causing awareness, some individuals do not emphasize cleanliness to promote healthy living. The whole hand-washing process can be evaluated using the model based on different principles.

Timeline on the principles of the evaluation model
The model consists of four evaluation processes including context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation (Stufflebeam & Shinkfield, 2007). Based on the context, the hand-washing program should have relevance to the society. It emphasizes environmental assessment to help come up with appropriate approaches. Research will be carried out to highlight the affected areas because it ensures that resources are channeled to the right places. Hand washing will be emphasized in areas such as schools and other public places where there are increased cases of item sharing. It also helps in the identification of unmet needs.

After context evaluation, the assessment of inputs will be highlighted, which helps in the assessment of student skills and abilities to understand the concept (Stufflebeam &Shinkfield, 2007). It also caters to the goals and objectives of the program. After the evaluation, resources will assigned and monitored by the appointed program leaders. Evaluation of the hand-washing program will ensure that required resources have been put in place. They include inputs such as soaps and the availability of clean water. After teaching students about the benefits of hand washing, they will carry out the activities at school and at home. However, the success of the program depends on the accessibility of inputs.
Process evaluation, on the other hand, detects defects in the implementation program (Oermann &Gaberson, 2009). It ensures the use of the right communication channels between the teachers and the students. Teaching hand washing skills to students may be prevented by language barriers. Process evaluation provides information on the progress of the program. It also highlights the problems affecting both teachers and students because they affect the level of cooperation between them.

Product evaluation ensures that students have understood most of the syllabus. Evaluation will be done through assessment tests, which examine the level of skills and knowledge that have been obtained by the learners. Learners will have both practical and theoretical classes. Based on poor hand-washing skills, students will be tested on ways to wash their hands perfectly. They will also know the benefits of hand washing. Product evaluation results will then reveal cases of setbacks, overall procedure, and the parties that suffered the most.

Conclusion
The CIPP Model offers successful results on various curriculum programs with the right program evaluators, (Stufflebeam & Shinkfield, 2007). Poor hand-washing situations can be highlighted through the four principles of evaluation. Finally, evaluation and analysis of programs depend on the level of individual changes. Read More
