Answer 2

People of different cultures and countries are presently residing in U.S. Spanish people are present dominating the U.S. market. Business people, students, servicemen, etc reside in U.S. Other than Spanish, people from other countries like China, Latin America, etc reside in the U.S. The basic differences among these people are in their culture, customs, habits, etc. Hispanic people have covered the maximum part of the U.S. market. Hispanic people are very much associated with their families, unlike the present American people. The Spanish and Latinos people take care of their parents when they grow old. But the people of other cultures residing in America are very much concerned about themselves. American society believes in individualism but Hispanic people believe in collectivism. People of different income levels stay in the U.S. which enhances the socio-economic differences in this state (Maffi 140). The market and workplaces of the U.S. are characterized by all of these differences for which companies operating in the U.S. market are trying to manage diversity issues.

Answer 3

Every person working in an organization should get equal opportunities in everything associated with their profession. In U.S. many Hispanic people do not get equal opportunities like other American people. There still exist many barriers to the full inclusion of Hispanic people while performing group work. This can be overcome by the organization by doing more team works and putting important job responsibilities on Hispanic people. In this way, a company can compel its diverse workforce to work together. Organizations should provide equal career opportunities to each of their employees irrespective of their cultures, backgrounds, origins, etc. This will help the company to utilize its diverse workforce efficiently. Participation of the employees in decision-making processes should be encouraged by the company. This will help the company to treat its employees equally (Iceland 251). All of these ways will facilitate an organization in overcoming the barriers of full inclusion.

Answer 4

Hispanics have become a major concern for the companies operating their business in America. A huge number of the American population are Hispanics. Companies experience huge growth and development in the Hispanic market of America. For this reason, companies need to accept Hispanics by improving the tolerance level of their employees. The organizational members have to respect each other’s cultural, social economic, and social differences for involving all of its employees in segmenting and targeting markets. The organizations can educate their employees for accepting diversity and show them various benefits which the company will get if it can handle diversity issues properly (Ovruski 102). By providing training to the organizational members the firms can motivate and influence their employees to accept people who belong from different cultures, backgrounds, etc. Effective training will make them understand the changing needs of the business and the requirement of the company for accepting Hispanics.

Answer 5

Latinos and Hispanics are very popular markets in America. The companies operating in the U.S. cannot neglect these two markets because there are huge opportunities for their growth and development in these two markets. The companies need to improve their communication level for expanding their operations in these markets. They must understand the cultures and values of Hispanics and Latinos for communicating with them effectively. For targeting this type of customer the companies should develop their advertisements in the languages like Spanish, Latin, etc which are understood and accepted by these people (Ferner, Anthony, and Trevor 315). By implementing these things companies can acquire new markets and many customers.
