It is clear that when a company develops and attempts to sell its products, customers must react how to react to these messages. Data analysis in any study is a critical component that gives key insights about a particular study or an observation.  For an individual who wants to better understand how two different survey items inter-relate, then crosstab analysis is the solution.

Differentiation

Cross tabulation allows users to distinguish the most significant relationships between the two items that are selected. Positioning

One of the major opportunities of Yakult is the fact that it is an industry and an era where health is propagated for in all aspects. . Products such as energy drinks and vitamins have become a popular commodity amongst consumers. Moreover, the features of our product extended far beyond just the traditional needs of the customer. The threat that Yakult currently faces is the fact that it is entering a very competitive market in which certain brands are already established. For instance, energy drinks such as Red Bull and AMP have already penetrated the market and have been effective. If Yakult wants to penetrate that demographic base, it might come with a variety of flavors and with various aspects of drink.

Recommendations

Yakult should continue to build its brand equity and awareness by penetrating this channel. Since it is a healthy drink, its demographic base will be extremely appealing. One thing Yakult has to do is expose more itself in mainstream channels and retail. Moreover, it should be active in social media promoting health and wellness.
