Most of the restaurants have failed to capture local market due to lack of clear understanding of what the customers want. Communication with customers and their needs have always been a challenge to many food businesses when it comes to success of the business. Many people have strong believes associated with the foods they eat.

This is what is considered practices of their culture. When a food business fails to recognize that, it is apparent that the business fails automatically as people think that they are being forced to adopt a foreign culture.
