Constrains of Hamza Biodiesel on reaching full capacity include financial resources. Hamza Biodiesel is limited by funds: this is because we are told that Timing is important for the company’s cash flow, and the sooner the service stations and high quality expediency stores open, the faster the payback would be on the project. This shows that the company wants to rely on the amount available to run and expand the business. Human resource: this refers to man power. At initial stages the company can only operate with a specific number of employees; thus, when the company decides to go full capacity, there will be constrain on employees. Employees will experience overworked and so this can lead to increased mistakes, absenteeism and eventually employee turnover in the company. Another constrain that Hamza Biodiesel will experience is the use of machines. The machines can only handle a specific capacity. Hence, when it is decided to go full capacity, the breakdown of machines can be realized.
