? Joss AMD Distribution Joss AMD Distribution Joss AMD Distribution is a company that has been in the distribution business ever since 2005. With a blend of experience and exuberance, we have managed the distribution of numerous perishable as well as non-perishable products over the years. Currently, we are importing and distributing Sedal hair products from the Dominican Republic to 132 beauty salons. Our sound understanding of the mechanics of the distribution process has helped us in establishing a reputed and trustworthy name in the market. We aim to bridge the gap that exists between the manufacturer and the customer by ensuring that we coordinate well enough to provide the customer with the product as soon as the demand arises. Focusing on commitment, sincerity, quality of work and vibrant growth; we pursue a set of values, derived from supreme client service, a widespread dealer web, professional staff and priority to the needs of our business partners. At the same time, we believe in devising distribution strategies in a way that would lead us to produce tangible results as well. With the above mentioned flair and potential in our stock, we wish to be the distributor for the products of the prestigious Creative Nail Design (CND) Company. It would be an honor for us if we are appointed as the distributors of Spamanicure and Spapedicure products, which are wonders of the modern era. As stated in (CND, 2011), The Spamanicure – Citrus and Almond products along with the Spapedicure – Marine, Earth and Home products are world-class products which are proving to be a boon for the salon and spa professionals. To work as a distributor for such high quality skin care products would be a thrilling experience for our company. We believe that we possess the attributes and components to be assigned this challenging task. With prior concrete experience in this regard and also the fact that out of the 132 beauty salons in New York City, to which our company presently distributes Sedal products; 59 are nail salons - would make it easier for us to find immediate clientele. It would be our duty to ensure that the distribution process of these prominent CND products takes place in a smooth manner in the markets of the New York City. We would also make sure that the relationship between CND company and the consumers reaches new heights of mutual trust and reliability by acting as a means of linkage between the two parties. Our marketing strategies have been successful since the time we started our company, and if appointed as CND products’ distributor, we would incorporate our running successful market strategies with further innovative measures and tools to ensure that the sensational CND products not only reach to our current 59 nail salon clientele but also appeal to the other major nail salons in the city. For this purpose, we have a very energetic workforce that is willing to work and commit itself to the task. We also consider organizing seminars to educate people about the CND products and their use. We are well aware of the fact that CND company believes in reliable products, empowering education and practical business building tools. We also appreciate that it pursues excellence and its products are carefully researched and tested before they are planned to sold, depicting the culture that prevails at CND, consisting of principles of honesty, integrity, respect, communication and accountability (CND, 2011). We assure that we would not only respect these considerate values but would also incorporate them into our working relationship. We would like to briefly summarize how we plan to function as a distribution channel for CND products. Our company believes in doing the basics right, so we always give priority to gaining as much market information as possible. Market research and intelligence plays a great role in becoming aware about the current situation of the market and thereby developing or adjusting plans, in a way, that would yield best results. We would keep track of the CND’s Spamanicure and Spapedicure products demand, sales and overall position in the market and ensure that steps are taken to keep these products always in the limelight. The next function of promotion would involve promulgating news about the CND products in the market. In order to achieve this purpose, we would not only carry out rigorous marketing and advertising of the CND products but would also set up seminars where we would educate people about the quality and usefulness of the these beautiful products. In this way, we also plan to implement CND’s exalted heritage which involves being user-friendly, well informed and a highly educated resource in the industry. We also look forward to working with your exceptionally talented education brand ambassadors and in the process, getting the opportunity to learn from their prowess and expertise. After promotion, the functions which are of most importance include communication, negotiation and transporting. In communication, it would be our responsibility to find potential buyers and then maintain contacts with them on a regular basis, so that the market for CND products thrives under all conditions. Another function of significance is negotiation which is based on finalizing prices and other terms. It is necessary to keep this function simple and peaceful, for which Joss AMD Distribution would strive all the time. Finally, the function of transporting the CND products safe and sound to the ultimate users would be done with utmost care and swiftness, ensuring that the products reach the customer in best shape, size and quality. Joss AMD Distribution, with its six years of experience as a distributor in the New York City has found out that businesses only succeed if relationship is established among business partners on the foundations of mutual trust. We would once more say that it would be a matter of great esteem and admiration for our company to be appointed as the Spamanicure and Spapedicure products’ distributor of Creative Nail Design (CND) Company, one of the world’s most respected companies. With our quality of work and our determination towards dynamic development, we consider ourselves as one of the most deserving companies to become the distributor of CND. References About CND.
