Background of the research With the rapid development of the Internet, the huge potential of China's Internet market has appeared.

The emerged online shopping will accelerate the process of the popularity of the Internet and change of consumption patterns (Darby, Jones, and AL Madani, 2003). Internet shopping will be more extensive and has better prospects for development. With the "information superhighway" is developing rapidly all over the world, especially with the establishment and application of the Internet and other information networks, human society has now entered a new historical period - the information age (Bocij, Greasley, and Hickie, 2002).

Because of various forms of online trading and the improvement of online payment features, coupled with the financial crisis, the catalytic consumers stay at home and affect economic changes (Dehkordi, Shahnazari, and Noroozi, 2011). They transfer the consuming actions of shops into their bedrooms. The range of products purchased through the online shopping platform is expanding rapidly. Shopping types extending from mobile phones, computers and other high-end products to low-end apparel, cosmetics, home supplies.

Sales are increasing at a tremendous speed around the world (Kamaruzaman, Handrich, & Sullivan, 2010). "2009 China's online shopping market research report which is released by the China Internet Network Information Center data shows that under the environment of the financial crisis, Chinese Internet users still maintained a rapid development momentum. As of December 31, 2009, Chinese Internet users reached 384 million, penetration rate reached 28.9%. Internet users compared to the end of 2008, had an increase of 86 million people, the annual growth rate is 28.9%. Moreover, in the year 2011, the total number of Chinese Internet users was more than 513 million and this figure is expected to further increase in the years to come.

It has been estimated that the internet users will surpass 700 million in the year 2015. This figure is twice more than the figure of internet users in the United States of America in 2015. Also, this figure is more than three times the number of internet users in India and almost six times higher than the number of internet users in Brazil. Moreover, this is almost fourteen times that of Indonesia. The following figure shows the total number of internet users in different parts of the world in the years 2009, 2011 and 2015 (estimated) (Boston Consulting Group, 2012)China's online shopping market research report which is released by the China Internet Network Information Center shows that in 2009, there are 108 million online shopping users and the annual growth is up to 45.9%.
