The Coffee Beans Company is an origination that is geared to their production and promotion of the roast coffee beans to their clients. The customers prefer the aroma of the best freshly roasted beans of coffee on their breakfast table. The company deals with the business of marketing and supplying free fresh coffee beans to offices, homes, hotels, cafes and other businesses in Australia.
The company management and stakeholders have decided to hire a contractor for an Enterprise website designed according to the following requirements;
A Flash multimedia animation site with a total of seven web pages that comprises of a video and photo gallery
An Adobe premiere commercial video that has images, audio and relevant details that are embedded on the website for the business
In the design and development of the information and technological tools, a lot of ethical and professional conduct is taken into consideration to have information that is handled in a professional and confidential manner. (Askew, 2011, p.31). This boosts the integrity of the company, and the well-being of the clients is taken into account. The stakeholders of the enterprise need to be sure that the information that is shared by the public in the IT tools such as websites and videos is genuine and accurate.

The suppliers and business partners are also displayed so that the client can know the networks through which the product passes through, from production to distribution, before getting on his or her dinner table. The digital media content will ensure that the intellectual property rights of the services are taken into account. When creating media, there should be no infringement or copying of the content from a third party. The licensing of the web site materials should be sought and the Department of copyright involved in the design of the site. Any digital media such as audio music should be used for gaining permission from the relevant stakeholders before uploading it to the site. (Barbra, & Marion-Davis, 2009, p.14). The photos used on the site should be original and accurate, and the advertisement of other services should involve copyright authorization from the Department of Copyright Unit.
