Scope Management Approach The scope plan is to be managed by the company’s human resource manager and assisted by the deputy HR manager. The plan seeks to establish the exact number of new staff needed for the process; their skills and responsibilities; interview process; as well the induction of new personnel into different departments. The measurement of the scope will solely be defined by the success rate attained in getting the right candidates with the preferred skills and experiences and their productivity in the first three months upon which they would be placed under probation. Activity 4 Project Manager: Job Description Responsibilities: Effective coordination of all possible internal-based company resources for the purpose of executing the project Ensure that the project is delivered and completed on time and within the predetermined budget. Activity 8 i) Critical Path Chart Analysis: like a flow diagram can be used to showcase the timescale for each goal of the project. It will also be used in identifying potential issues with the project as well as the resources for the entire task ii) Gantt charts; can be used by the HR to come up with the budgeting process as well for purposes of reporting and presentation. Taking action; is the last phase that entails suggesting possible new steps for actions towards adherence to quality standards. Activity 15 The project will use electronic record keeping system because it will foster easier access and referencing during the interview process. It is also cheap and easier to use in the course of the project. Activity 16 The project will adopt meetings, minutes and weekly presentations for purposes of ensuring that the selection and recruitment process is indeed being done efficiently at all times.
