Portfolio: Transportation for children to school Name: Course: Instructor: Institution: City & State: Date: Transportation Over the years, I have been planning on how to get an easier means to transport children to school. Therefore, incorporating the EWB project in my project would be a big boost in helping to improve transportation of the children to school. As it is the mandate and role of the EWB initiative to alleviate the livelihoods of the poor, then my project plan would be ideal to incorporate in developing the plan by the EWB project plan. Transportation is the key challenge that most children face as they travel to school. Therefore, I have come to think of think this idea as the best way to create awareness to the parents on matters of security and care to the children. This is because within our home estate area the number of students who trek to school is tremendously high. Therefore, I concluded that this area should have a well-organized means of transportation for the children to and from the school. This way, the children would have an ideal and cheap means to get to school. Moreover, I thought this not as a challenge but an ideal situation which would otherwise help the children concentrate and focus more in their education. Professionally, this program if initiated it would trigger personal development to the children in that area as well as promoting achievement in my academic research on the transportation challenges in this area. Initiating this program on transporting the children to school will also enable the means by which I travel back to school as well as the children do. As much I would like to work on this research, my focus is to create an easier way to ferry children to school, which means they will be safe other than walking to school. Moreover, public means of transport tend to charge children, which when compared to having personal means to transport children only it would fair for the children. In addition, offering means of transport to the children to school would mean that they have a more conducive environment to talk and discus as they travel. Learning objectives Through this research, I will be able to determine the possible means that I can use to achieve my goal to create a better environment that will see the transportation as a success. In addition, in this paper I will have realized other means that I can venture in to achieve the goal of this project plan to study the transportation my home area. Moreover, this paper looks at the transport problem as the means that students will be able to handle different cases that relate to transportation. Thus, through this paper I will achieve my goal to create a possible means of transport of the children to school. On the other hand, I will achieve my target goal in succeeding to create a reliable means to have the children transported to school. Qualitative analysis In my study, I will be a motivation to the students in our school and give them a chance to venture more certain qualitative thinking point of view. Essentially, my report is a motivation that I will have created in a broader side in the institution. In a more challenging environment, I have not been able to handle such issues as dealing with personal review as well as personal assessment. Through the teaching methods in this university, I have been equipped with adequate knowledge that is beyond any reasonable that I am able to deal more issues that are complex. Thus, I have come to realize that being in this university I have more potential to be an analyst in my area of specialization. The challenge that I have is executing the ideas that I have been able to across during my studies and the possibility to have these ideas put into practice. This is because as much I would like to deal with the situation at hand I have to deal my education, which is now my purpose of being in the school. Therefore, in different ways I have been having the challenge to do my analysis in the projects that I do though I have repeatedly worked on my research reports in different dimensions to create better report. Through the efforts I have invested in my study research, I have a feeling that I will be able to crack the complications that are hindering my success path in working on my projects. I have realized that time management as the key determinant to have proper planning when working on a deadline schedule. Quantitative analysis: being a student in this university has helped in a greater part to learn on how to conduct my analysis and problems quantitatively. I can now address the problem of Project scheduling and planning quantitatively. As far as competency is concerned, this course has helped in improving problem solving and in-class problem assignments and exams. Working on the EWB project it will have been an ideal way that it will have proven a increase in competency in improving the quantitative analysis in concept handling and solving problems that related to systems, this way I feel I have achieved the goal to have proper transportation. Through this report, I will have achieved the goals that I intent to, that is, to create an environment, which has more determined students ready for the task to develop a conducive learning environment for all (Chuck, 2010:216). Moreover, it is through the quantitative analysis of the daily procedures that will help in achieving the goal to create a studious environment within the university. Communication Students in this institution will need to have proper means of communication, which can either be oral, written, graphical and visual communication. Therefore, timely communication is the key to success in matters pertaining school issues. At the start of this report, I have distinctly indicated that proper commutation is achievable through teamwork. Thus if the children are transported to school as team, then they will have time to create proper team work that is ideal to achieve the goal to engage in proper communication. Earlier in my studies, I had hard time to handle the case as such in my report. Therefore, I have come to realize that communication creates the ideas that I frequently find they are easy to handle when I engage in proper closer communication. Bringing the students on board in a common transportation would mean there would be more room to develop the communication amongst them. This means there will be more opportunities that will enable individuals create stronger means of communication. Perhaps this would create a simpler environment that the students will require to challenge them as they do qualitative homework. Learning objectives: through this combined means of transportation, which will definitely promote improvement in personal communication, the students will have improved in a greater part in developing better analytical skills. Studying a couple of days before exams is what I employ as my study plan schedule, then to help keep things I learn in mind, I allocate time to have a reflection on what I have learned. Active learning is a means by which the learner will need to have flexible time in class. In this paper, I see teamwork and traveling. In a group one will reflect in matters that will help in succeeding in the judgment in study matters as well as reinforcing the ideas to have a more understanding in the class (Patrick, 2006: 186). In this report, I have noticed that teamwork creates networking, which is a source of active learning. Therefore, I would suggest bringing children on board as a group to create that network achieve greater conceptualization on ideas. This portfolio has been a self-reflection on how great I can become I matters relating to self-analysis and understanding concepts. I have far much improved in point of view on my study work. I would thus recommend for anyone to learn successfully personal capabilities one would require to have a portfolio. Portfolio is a personal reflection that people can get in understanding their life experiences. Comments From this paper, I have realized that the level of my understanding as regards to concepts can highly increase. Not only does this reflection deal projects but also in platform to study for exams, it I can highly improve my reflection on the work I set for my studies. Teamwork helps in greater depth in improving competency in an approachable personal communication, and use of qualitative and quantitative competencies. Conclusions Overall, this course has created an ideal situation whereby I have realized that the reality in my studies lies deep inside me. I thus believe that investing time in managing the situation I will be have dealt with easier ways to challenge my incompetence. I think when the means of transport is harmonized and the children are transported to the learning institution there will be a easier way to handle the learning outcomes. Therefore, treading the heights of learning in the institution, this would otherwise translate to creating better learners. If the learners tend to invest much time in the requirements of this report as the key to achieve the learning outcomes, then more would like join and start the self-reflecting journey. This is the only way that most of the learners can get ideal and fair teamwork to create the most appropriate learning network.
