The paper "Employees Motivation at EMAL" is a perfect example of a management research paper. Motivation is the process by which employees get stimulated to achieve the goals of an organization. People are usually motivated by a number of things like the desire for money, recognition, and job satisfaction (LAUBY, 2005). In any organization, the most crucial function of the management team is to create the willingness among employees to work to the best of their abilities. This is by arousing interest to improve performance among employees (PODMOROFF, 2005).

This project discusses the theory of motivation and explores its application to management. The project particularly looks at Emal, the current level of motivation among employees, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations based on the result from the study. suggest presenting here a brief discussion on the outcome of the project and possible recommendations The outcome of this shows that people are usually motivated by a number of things like the desire for money, recognition, and job satisfaction (LAUBY, 2005).

From the data collected, it can be concluded that motivation among employees in EMAL is good among the employees. However, a number of issues came up like, a large percentage of the respondents are not satisfied with the on the job performance recognition, some employees are not satisfied with their salaries, and some employees do not feel secure in their jobs.1. The research came up with a number of recommendations for the company including; Facilitating an organizational environment where employees feel valued, and receive the necessary support from management to realize their potential by contributing to the development of organizational structures, strategies, and processes for improving the effectiveness of organizations.2. Introducing culturally appropriate incentives and benefits that can be related to their qualifications and what is expected from their position in the organizations to motivate employees.3. Proactively engaging in dialogue with the employees to be aware of and manage their expectations in terms of incentives, benefits and promotional opportunity keeping the organizational goals in view.4. Training employees and supporting them in developing their careers and skills and enabling them to perform their work comfortably.
