Apart from this, I liked him also due to his supportive nature and high thinking power. He used to listen to the suggestions or ideas of the employees very vividly that enhanced his knowledge and skills. And due to his introvert nature, maximum extent of the employees, get motivated towards the assigned tasks and enhanced the brand value of Google among others (Tehcrunch, 2013).
