In open systems framework, the inputs are the main variable that influences the open systems. The company did not have the best strategy to input the environmental resources. Due to lack of strategies, there were no feedbacks that were pleasing to the company (Whiteside, 2001). Such unity is important in improving the organization’s effectiveness. Additionally, the management could find it easy to solve the problem. It is a short time process. It is evident the company failed due to lack of commitment from the stakeholders.

The company has enough resources to address the problem. Additionally, the management had adequate information about the problem, hence easy to address (Whiteside, 2001). The company had a poor means of implementing change. However, the management had the capability to put the problem under control, but they acted sluggishly. The paper recommends the following. The management of Littleton has to set realistic goals and improve their organizational unity. They have to establish a department that assesses the value of meetings that employees attend in order to check the employees’ commitment.

The company should involve all employees in implementing change. Additionally, the company should offer their managers with proper training to boost their personal development. ReferencesWhiteside, D. E. (2001). Littleton Manufacturing (A). Organizational Behavior, Design, and Theory, 14(4).
