College Religious Harassment The recent past has seen a growth in the concern as regards religious harassment in the workplace. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission identifies two types of religious harassment in the workplace which involve either requiring an employee to either abandon or change their religious beliefs as part of the terms of employment, and the unwelcome and pervasive comments or behavior regarding ones behavior hence creating a hostile or an abusive work environment.

In the video, “There’s No Religion, Like My Religion”, it is evident that Bridget’s strong opinions on their religion and the fact that she keeps asking people about their faiths requesting other employees who are not necessarily Christians to visit her church and also keeps asking them to defend their religious beliefs and defend their beliefs.
