I and Apos have worked as a hairdresser in my salon for the past five years. Alongside working, she has been schooling and finally graduated with a bachelors’ degree. She has offered a wide range of services such as hairstyle to customers.Basing on Apos good performance, and I verify her to take her two weeks’ vacation off to the United States. The employee is expected to use her monthly savings during her trip from her decent salary basis. In addition, on return I and Apos is has planned to set up a hairdressing salon for herself.

I would also recommend that it would be rational for I and Apos to utilize the trip to help her in outsourcing her salon products internationally. (Piccoli, 2012).
