I agree with Peter Graf and recommend that Brown hires a CSO in order to better cope up with environmental and sustainability issues and create a level playing field for NARINEX to compete in.

Answer 2: Expert Disagreed With – Muhtar Kent

The rationale for this disagreement is the fact that Kent undermines the importance of the sustainability factors that more and more competitors are working on in order to improve their processes as well as their image in the environmentally concerned consumer market. A CEO when clubbed with the rank of CSO will not be able to do justice to both and this is the main reason for my disagreement with Kent.

Answer3: Solution to the Problem

A better solution to the NARINEX problem would be to club the hiring of the CSO with environmental campaigns on a broader frame. These days image building has taken a front seat and the ecological activities and campaigns will help the company rebound out of the current state faster and more efficiently.
