When we set a goal, we must understand that the goal should be practical and achievable. The goals should be realistic and should not be a mere fantasy. Many great leaders set goals by understanding their potentiality to work towards it. Before setting a goal, a leader studies the goal and understands its negative and positive sides. As these people are skillful and tactful, they analyze the goal from different angles and set strategies to achieve this goal. If the goal is clear, then the action needs to achieve it becomes apparent.
