According to Clayton Christensen, well-tested academic theories can help students survive in business and life in general. In his forthcoming book entitled ‘’ How Will You Measure Your Life?’’ Students are able to learn that good learning entails applying the successfully earned material and skills in real-life situations. A series of guidelines for finding the meaning of happiness in real life are summarized. These will aid in achieving success. The book is Co-authored with Karen Dillon and James Allworth (MBA 2010) and, the authors use personal anecdotes and meaningful corporate to extoll the value of various theories in finding and creating happiness.

BODYA number of organizations are moved by incentive theory. The theory states that people toil as hard as they are paid.  If well paid, many human beings put more efforts into the work and vice versa.The unsurpassed tactic is balanced linking comprising a purposeful, emergent or flexible strategy. Despite the fact that people will always possess deliberate strategies, possessing resources and ability to change the tactics is crucial. If the ideas used are about to be overtaken in the market, a person can always change to fit in the competitive environment.

Best business entails giving to the customers what they need. In the case of allocating what is not needed by the customers leads to loss. This happens because the customers will not purchase what they do not require. Resources must be allocated where they are in demand.Smaller, feebler, but more pioneering competitors begin markets and finally dislocate and fully go beyond their entrants. In life, we cannot stay to obtain all the information before undertaking a decision. People can replicate their lives off by meditating on the causes and consequences.

A number of organizations value short term over long term payouts.  Giving more value to the things which have immediate rewards compared to those whose fruits will be achieved later can be extremely damaging. How people utilize energy, time, talent and wealth will be determined by the decision made on how to put the resources into action. Abandoning personal correlations in the events may result in irreversible, detrimental effects.Good capital is devoting in stuff most probable to proffer an optimistic return, or as a minimum let a person have residual assets in order to revolve.

In a life situation, getting fixated on short term income is very easy. Failure to invest in crucial things such as family and friendship early enough, realizing their importance can take time.In industry, corporations can make colossal errors by impeding taking action against a troublesome competitor or scaling up. Despite the fact that society convinces people to time their investments by first emphasizing on career, then focusing on matrimony and finally kids, it frequently changes. If people defer investing their energy and time until they see the need, possibilities are that it will be late.

A number of things should be observed keenly. First of all, people must be cautious of subsidiary thinking ensnares. Secondly, they should understand exactly what buyers want. Finally, it is crucial to the experiment hypothesis before proceeding.Knowing that there\s an invisible hand behind everything can help in achieving a lot. People should never outsource the future. This is because true victory originates from the intelligence that a person can stay alone and overcome any difficulty.CONCLUSIONThe summarized theories help in understanding critical decisions in bringing success and happiness in life.
