According to my understanding of this article, amongst the 12 C’s, the one that is the most imperative in the team building is the Control that a member has, as a part of the team. Its significance lies in the power and ownership it gives to an individual knowing the duties as well, as limitations and accountability. Knowing what control one has, and the other team members have over the defined task, one can be a planner to structure work. But at the same time knowing boundaries and the hierarchy should be respected to have a clear picture as to whom to report and how to carry the subordinates along with himself.
