This, in turn, contributes significantly towards the smooth flow of human resource processes. Thus, the maintenance of cultural competence is crucial to the process of effective change leadership.

Strategic planning refers to the deliberate planning measures employed by the management for effectiveness and efficiency in the operations of the organization.
