My Strengths and Weaknesses
As every aspect of life has its advantages as well as disadvantages, similarly a human being cannot be perfect. Every person has some weaknesses and strengths. In a circle of friends or in the company of people one can get to know his or her strengths and weakness quickly.
People’s view about me, particularly those with whom I spend most of my time, is that I have many strengths among which the most prominent is my leadership skills. People around me are of the view that I have a quality of finding solution to the problems rather than worrying about the situation. Apart from this, people consider me a responsible person and a team player too. The reason behind this is that I follow some tactics to lead a successful life. I also have the quality to motivate people and make them do things according to my wish. I am a social person and can also sometimes work under pressure to achieve my goals.
Apart from all these strengths, people say I am bit lazy in doing things which I consider of less importance, and according to them, I prefer the easy way out. People also regard me to be less efficient in choosing the right option from the choices available. My friends always recommend me to overcome this weakness because it can lead me to circumstances which may prove to be unfavorable for me in the longer run.
These are the weakness and strengths which people think I posses. I feel that overcoming these weaknesses will help me in building a stable personality. Read More

My Expectations for Counselling Work Placement

Emotional trauma and physical trauma are two different types of trauma. However, they are not mutually exclusive. They may or may not be related depending on the context of the situation. The emotional wounds and repercussions of the traumatic event may be long-lasting. Thus, psychological trauma can take years to rebound. If it’s left untreated and unresolved, it can become more devastating than the physical wounds. It can’t be left unattended and should be dealt with immediately.

In my first counseling work placement,...
