A Degree in Finance and Management - Essay Example

I am currently studying International Foundation Program at London Metropolitan University. I am already accustomed to the culture and way of life in London; thus, I feel that it is best that I pursue further studies in the United Kingdom. It is my belief that some of the best universities are situated in London which includes UCAS. English, as the medium of instruction, will not be a hindrance in my learning process because since I was six years old, I have been studying English. When I came to London in 2009, I enrolled in an English class for a year and a half, which resulted in an ILTES result of 6.0. in 2010.

I intend to pursue further studies in English and take the ILTES again because my English has significantly improved. My verbal and written English skills are further developed because I have several English friends who are helping me perfect the language. I hope that the University will look kindly on my application and give me an opportunity to pursue a college education in areas where I am most interested in.
