Multifunction also improves the relationship-building exercise to improve the productivity of different sectors. Managers can improve the awareness of employees regarding company police by providing the legal contract and circulation to avoid any conflict of interest. If employees and employers are aware of the rules regarding working hours conditions, they can exercise their rights to achieve their respective needs. Globalizations provide diversity in business as different channels of operation like customers, suppliers, and partners to meet the demands comes from different backgrounds of language, culture, religion, race, etc.

Language issues can be barriers to communication between Americans and Chinese as they have different accents. Political, social, and cultural differences also need enough adjustments for workers from different countries which can be stressful to cope with. As Chinese bows their head to show respect whereas American shakes hand. Hence managers should show great flexibility and understanding to realize individual differences from different countries and act accordingly to handle them. Manager's friendly behavior encourages employees in improving their productivity by providing them enough space to generate new ideas and amend the process.

A good human resource strategy is also helpful in achieving the balance. He should also not discriminate against subordinates based on age, gender, nationality, physical disability, etc., and consider that the employee is entitled to leave and health rights.
