There are several ways by which a self reflective action is carried out but the most common ways to do it are writing out a personal journal, verbal discussion with a good friend and some psychological processes as well (Kuratko, 2008). In this report, I will be carrying out a self reflection and the reason for doing this is obvious to know myself better and at the same time reflect upon the course module that I have undergone since the last few years.

This self reflection project will be structured in the form of an essay and will cover as many topics as possible to fit with the allotted word counts. In the subsequent sections, the essay will discuss about the research that has been covered in the module and on the concepts and ideas we have introduced and discussed in teaching sessions. In addition, reflections on how the reading, concepts and ideas presented in the module and any extra reading that I have done, connect with, and illuminate, my personal experiences or observation.

Lastly, the study will draw a conclusion on the basis of the findings from my analysis and discussion. Discussion Since the beginning of my university days I have been able to learn numerous things which I believe is a precious experience. I have been able to learn a number of things from the university education. The most interesting fact about this study was that it allowed me to gain knowledge on different domains of management. However, the thrust was mainly upon the culture of a country and how it impacts the business performance of a company.
