 Leadership Framework Introduction Leadership framework is brought about by organizational success and professional development strategies within a given working environment. Competences and skills play a vital role to a successful manager or a leader. The proper implementation of leadership framework enables a leader to support the business at large and this is possible through a comprehensive personal effectiveness that encompasses management change as well as promotion of simultaneously innovation within an organization. However, laying down a proper leadership framework should be characterized by optimization of resources, reorganization of growth opportunities among the employees and implementation of proper plans for achieving growth. My future work environment would be an organization where employees will be given importance to the extent as they are the most valuable assets of the organization. The employees will be motivated enough to work with integrity and honesty and perform to their utmost level without being watched or controlled. In order to build such working environment, the set of core values chosen to be inspired within the organization will include; Integrity, Commitment and Dedication. Vision statement We intend to be the nation’s most competitive organization in terms of our products. Mission Statement In order to attain excellence, our manpower will be completely motivated and equipped with the required skills and the prompt responsiveness to the client’s requirements is our primary goal. We consider all members of the organization as an essential and most valuable asset and ensure the betterment of each member to utmost level. Leadership Competences and skills play a vital role to a successful manager as well as a leader. The proper implementation of leadership framework enables a leader to support the business at large and this is possible through a comprehensive personal effectiveness that encompasses management change as well as promotion of simultaneously innovation within an organization. Working in a conducive and well organized environment will be my preferable working condition and integrity value should be encountered under my leadership to enhance good managerial facet. I would prefer to work in a refugee campsite. Most of the refugee camps have displaced people facing potential permeation dangers especially from the terrorism activities. However, the need of education is the key aspect of the people leaving in these camps, and through proper implementation of leadership framework including; Integrity, Commitment and Dedication, will see people in these camps admire and value the importance of education to the present community. Refugee camps suffer from the virtue of influx arising from migration activities. As a leader and working with my fellow employee, I will ensure that Integrity, Commitment and Dedication aspects prevails to set standards of the organization that will ensure health, education, water and sanitation needs are provided to the refugee in a well organized manner. The working values portrayed by the employee in this campsite can only be achieved through dedication and commitment values since; this is an area that exhibits asset of hardship while keeping in mind that people in these camps are in need of help. Personal strategic leadership plan In my leadership, I will ensure that the employee work under favorable fortification environment with free access to the improved territory working schedule. This is one of my leadership plans which ensure that risks being encompassed are reduced at large. I will ensure that my leadership plans involve the provision of basic needs and essential services so that the employee receives empowerment motivations for their own self- reliance. My effective planning will therefore focus on the proper coordination among the employee and this will enhance proper emergency response and contingency planning among the refugee campsites. My leadership qualities and leadership style In my leadership I will ensure that Laissez-Faire, Participative, Transactional and Transformational leadership qualities and style are availed to both the entire organization and my employee under my leadership. The potency of the four mentioned qualities will be my backbone platform to enhance better leadership in my organization. Transformational leadership style is one that ensures communication within the management meets the organization ambitions (Cameron and Quinn, 11-16). Implementing transformational facet within my leadership will ensure that employees are motivated to enhance productivity and efficiency which can only be possible if the communication within an organization is visible. In addition, my leadership will be on the basis of participative which will give the employee and any member of my organization to add any valuable input on how the organization should work in decision making process. The implementation of participative norm will boost the morale of the employee since; they will feel that they are part of decision making process and that their opinions have been considered. Considering the value of Integrity, this will result in the execution of job by the employees on their own without being guarded or controlled. Every employee will work on his own considering himself as the integral part of the organization whose efforts will result in the better output. For better execution of my leadership style I will ensure that commitment becomes part of employee’s norm and that the employees are committed to their organization and work for its betterment in their respective positions. A refugee camp is known from its challenging interventions and dedication among the employee can determine the fate of an organization and how an organization can provide quality services. Dedication involves that both the organization as well as its member will be dedicated to each other in all sorts of situations. Since I am more interested in letting the employees work without being controlled and to be motivated enough to do their job honestly, therefore my style of leadership can be termed as Laissez-Faire Leadership. Conclusion In conclusion, Leadership framework is brought about by the organizational success and professional development strategies within a given working environment.
