For instance, the different financial allocation in improving the quality of resources in public institutions depicts how it is important to alleviate the learning standards at an affordable cost. However, the country should adopt cognitive policies that will favor both students in private and public schools to allow children from an impoverished background to achieve their dreams. With the initiating progressive of educational system in U.S, the federal government should inculcate the culture of industrial democracy that can nurture the talents of people at a tender age.
