It is my avowed objective to obtain holistic learning in addition to a university degree. The economics program at this college renders the student competent and well versed with the various economic problems that beset the global economy. Furthermore, the interdisciplinary opportunities offered in this course permit the interested student to take up a course of study in the other departments.

This is indicated by the fact that almost half of the students of this program complete a major in two subjects. This unique feature of this college has attracted me to the utmost and rendered me very highly motivated to pursue the economics course at this place.

In addition, the students of this institution adopt a positive approach to everything and have a fun-loving attitude. This is precisely my outlook on life. I strongly believe in the adage, ‘a sound mind in a sound body, and this has been foremost in my selection of universities.

To be specific, I have a marked preference for universities that maintain satisfactory standards in my favorite sport Rugby. To my great fortune, I discovered that Northwestern University enjoys considerable proficiency in this sport. I was the Rugby captain of my school’s team, and it is my heartfelt desire to continue with this sport at the collegiate level. Thus, all my aspirations and objectives stand to be fulfilled, if I have the great fortune to secure admission to this hallowed university.
