After sailing the blue ocean, Christopher found land in the year 1942. Many people regarded him as a hero who transformed history. He performed more positive things than negative ones. Some people think that he brought things not needed by people, but it was not the case.

Christopher discovered a new land, and he initiated civilization in North America. His contains explanations of his findings in the new land and their variation from each other (Baym, 2007). In some times, Christopher faced challenges but still, some people could not agree with him. He brought unwanted things to the community at some times. Even though he came with few things not wanted by the community, he came with many opportunities for new places. In the letters, Christopher is depicted to be optimistic.

He was a unique explorer. For others when they encountered difficulties they opted to send their travels instead of themselves. Unlike Christopher who kept on going regardless of the outcome. Due to his optimism, his achievements were the first ones to be documented fully and recorded. The establishment of the US originated from the voyages and the discoveries of Christopher. His relentless efforts made him a sign of glory and hope, and the modern age (Baym, 2007).
