The main character in the novel known as Gatsby is portrayed as a rich individual who likes staging large and colorful flamboyant parties for the societal elites. Another question is what will be his next step after attaining his one single goal of winning the heart of a classmate. From the traits of the protagonist, it seems that sometimes the dream, the ideal of the perfect person fails to turn out the way it seemed like or expected, to come to the realization at some point, she is not everything he needs in life.
