In fact, this is too dangerous, because un-suspected assailant can commit extra-ordinary attack that might take along many lives. The strength of this strategy is that it can detect a plot of attack at its initial stage thus preventing and averting the attack. Members of the spy unit should demonstrate camouflage trait to conceal their identities. Another strength exhibited in the strategy is capability to intercept communication that is linked to terrorism.
