Biological theory in crime Biological theory in crime assumes that the concept of inherent criminality has come in many ways. Many theories has been brought about to explain the link between criminality and biological factors in the person (Marsh, Ian, and Gaynor Melville, 28).Phrenology theory brings out the idea that criminality in a person result due to mental illness in the person. The developers argued that the ability of a person is located in different parts of the brain. Phrenologists also agreed that crime result when faculties such as aquintiveness and combativeness become disorderly.

Degeneration theory as a biological theory in crime explain that individuals devolve continuously in their life span. The rate of criminality also increase with the time that they have in the lifespan (Marsh, Ian, and Gaynor Melville, 42). Criminal anthropology theory argues that criminology is inborn and it is unchangeable in a person. This makes the people by nature to be criminals.Psychological theory and social problems Psychological factors have come with social problems as criminals always consider themselves to be neutral public experts.

The factors also bring out the reason why criminals have campaign against capital punishment that is done to the criminals and have much advocated to the favor of various reforms that are legal (Marsh, Ian, and Gaynor Melville, 296). Social problems have also about by the factor that criminology have been done but not in the line to do with religion, social and also moral arguments (Marsh, Ian, and Gaynor Melville, 142).The theories that are involve in the explanation of criminology sufficiently brings the reasons why people involve in crime.
