In such circumstances, when evil does succeed in making an indelible impression, children go out of the path. However, all is not lost yet. One of the best ways to exert a crease on such occurrences is through education. Education helps refine children and their thinking processes. Since they can be molded easily and brought into a certain fold, imparting education to juveniles is necessary. By doing so, delinquency rates can experience a dip, while also facilitating the rehabilitation of juveniles who have been led on to the wrong path.

This paper attempts to explore the justification of juvenile crime and to seek a better mode of addressing the issue, rather than mere punishment as justice.Education can play an important role in helping the juvenile return to normalcy and achieve success, by changing his pattern of thinking, infusing a sense of tolerance and optimism, and by helping them emerge out of a pessimistic and criminal mindset. This can be done by following policies and programs in schools and juvenile rehabilitation centers, in order to help juveniles overcome their psychological problems, first and then to help them adapt to leading a life of normalcy and success.

Next, the interaction between students and instructors needs to be established on a more personal level. The teachers must make it clear that any sort of problems encountered by the students could be reported to them personally, after class or the teaching session. This increases confidence amongst students while ensuring confidentiality. A pro-student approach must be incorporated. Besides this, grouping students into teams and helping them interact amidst themselves is a great way to promote a better understanding of the other person, and responding to their needs.

Man is a social animal and therefore students must be taught to interact amongst each other in a positive manner. This helps them overcome any sort of ill-feelings towards each other, increases confidence levels, and better adaptation towards each other. In addition to all of these, a psychologist needs to be appointed to monitor the thought processes of these children, in order to help them emerge out fo stigma or self-imposed behavior patterns. Intense help is needed at the mental level. However, it is not entirely impossible to help juveniles emerge out of their cocoons and help them achieve normalcy and success.

Aiding these children in overcoming abuse of any sort, revengeful attitude, and the intention to hurt; or perhaps instilling in them virtues and the ability to forgive and forget and can do wonders for them. External help and internal determination, that comes through incitation can help these children become better human begins, while also propelling their success in a direction and level, on par with that of their peers at school!
