Texas Technologies 1419 Westwood Blvd - Los Angeles, CA 90024 (310) 478-3711 ______________________________________________________________________________November 7, 2012Mr. Wysor33 New Montgomery RoadSan Francisco, CA 94105Dear Mr. Wysor:Thank you for your determination to work hard for this company and go the extra mile to get the job done. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and we look forward to working with you for a long time to come.Your concern about withholding pay is duly noted but let me tell you that we gave adequate warning about using company computers for personal use and the consequences that would follow.
On your second accusation of illegal spying, be rest assured that our legal advisors have permitted the use of e-Cyberesults. Further to this, you did receive a warning about computer use.As the company owns the computer and pays the employees for their time, we need to make sure that everyone stays focused on their jobs. While docking pay without warning may seem harsh, it is necessary to make absolute sure that our employees are working at maximum output. Do not take any of this criticism the wrong way.
Your production numbers are quite high, which suggest that you are productive when on task, but this is not an excuse for spending vast amounts of time surfing the net on company computers.Once again I’m sorry that your pay cannot be reinstated, but this punishment should serve as a lesson for you to improve your working habits in the future. You service is highly valued and remember that you will always be a valuable member of our workforce.Sincerely,Full NameManager, Human Resources Department
