These claims are made in several studies are IT and Productivity, IT and Managed Change, and IT and the Modern Workforce. In this first part, the writer has emphasized claims about information technology and productivity; information technology and managed change; information technology, and the modern workforce. In the second part, the writer has also highlighted four enablers of integration in an organization. These four enablers are Cognitive Tools: Emerging Domain, Management as a Source of Leadership, Human Resources – A Source of Strength and Culture, and Empowerment.

Cognitive Tools: Emerging Domain consists of Automated Process Management, Computer-Supported Collaborative Work, Knowledge Management, Data Mining, and Knowledge Discovery and Netware Applications. Culture and Empowerment consist of Operating from a Reliable Assessment of the Culture, Linking Strategic Values with Cultural Values, and Change Culture Using the Dynamics of Culture. Human Resources – A Source of Strength and Culture and Empowerment consists of Awareness of Predictable Human Response Patterns, Reinvestment in Human Potential and Modern Motivational Strategies. Management as a Source of Leadership consists of Alignment to Emphasize Value and Transition from Logistical Management to Strategic Leadership.

Author’s Argument

There is no denying the fact that communication between different units in an organization is of utmost importance. The author has made some important arguments in her article. In this section, we will discuss the important arguments of the author. Some of the arguments are supported by external studies. Most of the arguments made by the author in this journal article are her arguments. Some of the arguments of the author are weak and are not supported by a sod logic and reasoning. For example, the claims about information technology in the first part of the article are not properly explained.  

Analysis of the Article

In this part of the article review, we will analyze the article. Following are some important elements of the article.

Language of Author: The language of the author is somehow difficult to understand but overall, she has portrayed the research in a good and understandable manner.

Use of Evidence: All points made by the author in a research-based based journal article are supported by solid proof.

Organization: Most of the time the organization and relevance of this research-based journal article.

Use of Visuals: The author of this research-based journal article has not included any kind of visual aids. There is no table, chart, figure, graph, etc.

            At the end of this journal article review, we can conclude that the article selected for the article review using lab report format is an important work that is center atmophile of technical communication and information technology in organizational change. The article sheds on some of the important features organizational change with the help of information technology-based communication.
