E-learning Deliverable and Experience by s s The design, formation and implementation of shared training solutions, particularly ones which are highly dependent on technology, involve complex projects with numerous aspects to consider. A successful group training solutions can differ significantly from one another. However, they all possess some common elements that make them successful. A sound and complete strategy with a well described mission and objectives is necessary. To achieve our objectives of designing content in e-learning, a group of six members created a consistent design all through the Wix site by using the existing media. The group members worked on different tasks including creating a uniform design, video, and presentation of the content. According to Strang, (2013), once the big image is in focus, it is necessary to form the implementation approach and plan. This starts with a detailed assessment of several aspects including specific training needs, present and proposed technology. The web design we created had consistency both on mobile screens and desktop, where we found that it was easier to keep dependable brand uniqueness. There was also no extra style guides that needed to be linked to several parties, like different interventions for the desktop and mobile types of our site. This made it easy for individuals to distinguish the website, regardless of where, and how they would visit the site.The group members have enjoyed the reliability that has seen the success of the media website. Since the usability is vital for any website that is responsive and user-friendly, our group website visitors had better relationship with our brand especially when they recognized our Wix site on mobile, they also had knowledge of how to use it. According to Phillips and others (2012) usually a regular content and style is essential since the majority of users do not expect it to be unique because they use different devices. An important feature of good usability is meeting ones user’s expectations. If one manages to do that, then they may experience less trouble navigating their website. WiX site makes it easy for its readers to browse the site on the devices while maintaining a positive user’s experience. Moreover, a good experience raises the chance of many repeat visits (Strang, 2013). Our group website has experienced better usability that has ensured its success. The group also enjoyed a small maintenance cost since the website had a responsive design where one is only needed to sustain one website. Although the layout fluctuates, the content remains similar across different devices. One can concurrently update content or rather fix bugs on each device. The low operation costs increased our chances of enhancing our brand. Website compatibility was also possible because of one site that operates both on mobile screens and desktops. We also managed to ensure readability in all the devices used to access the site. Some of the challenges that we experienced was the development time for it to work. Building of the responsive design requires ample time. For instance, for a regular desktop site one needs far less preparation period, law resources to construct it and less effort in testing. Also, we realized that different devices had varied responses. The perception that one can only create a website, which operates equally well on all devices is a myth. A website stays the same concerning content, and structure, yet different devices need a different way of reason. The number of times people tend to visit sites will depend on the content, usability and functionality. Achieving these was a quite a difficult task. Preparation is essential to every successful project. A comprehensive and responsive web design begins long before ones initial Photoshop mockup, and wireframe. Virtuous preparation is significant to successful design since well-prepared individuals tend to save a lot of time. Strang (2013), states that preparation is one of the vital factors that every individual before carrying out the project should have. When one is sufficiently prepared to conduct their design, there are greater chances of the project being successful. Our group did quite a lot to develop the WiX site plan which translated to the projects success. This was achieved by looking at the efficiency of sustainability, consistency and time and the number of visitors we experienced in our responsive WiX site. Every time before any new product is taken to the market, they are tested thoroughly. Testing ensures that the product is certified as efficient and effective (Phillips et al., 2012). Without testing, one can hardly know whether the product does the specified function. Prior and repetitive operator testing is vital to any successful design. The testing covers on testing of the sites, electric stores, and screens. Our group ensured that we tested our WiX site before using it. This helped us in sending a certified and mature product that many people could use. Eventually, the essential element of our training program was the courses, and content that makes them up. Various deficiencies were worked around, but poorly planned e-learning courses, which did not meet the objectives, or rather the content that did not actually communicate, negated all of our efforts. First, it is useful to understand that our training was put into one group of six members where we learned about traditional software’s applications. The basic IT training equipped us with the knowledge that we applied in this project. Course design and the formation of proper content was a subject that went beyond the scope of our project. However, there are vital elements that can assist in guiding the way. For instance, Instructional System Design, ISD process was applied method to improve corporate training. The ISD is majorly a learner-centered approach that is concerned with the requirements of the student, in contrast to the instructor or institution. Furthermore, it is also categorized by an actual methodical approach that controls the specific learning goals of the training and designs the preparation around obtaining those objectives. The analysis stage identified the training requirements of the learner by outlining the desired feedback along with the present state of knowledge, attitudes and skills of students. The analysis phase enabled us to define the general scope of the teaching in terms of essential content, and the quantity of instruction. The design stage first took into consideration the requirements described in the analysis stage and then improves a particular set of learning goals. The education content and sequencing was intended to achieve best the learning objectives. The development phase was the formation of the learning materials (Phillips et al., 2012). The evaluation phase was used to gather feedback and assess whether the needed education comments were achieved. The development and deployment of a group e-learning system may seem to be a risky, and overwhelming task. Nonetheless, the risk can be reduced by improving and following an enactment plan that takes this very vast and detailed work, and divides it down into some step by step methodological process. The plan was necessitated by our learning group experience in all stages of this process, beginning from requirements assessment to the enhancement of computer-based and web-based preparation software to the formation of training content. Our project communication was open and transparent, and the flow of messages leveraged the desire by the young people to visit the visit the website again.
