The people in the country mainly follow the culture of Sunni Muslims, which directly resembles Islamic values and beliefs. The economy of the country has also been on a continuous growth spree over the years owing to the commendable growth in the business sector. E-learning has been a particular domain that has focused on implementing the internet as means of educating people. In Saudi Arabia, the government is largely focused on using the internet extensively in the primary education sector. The increase on the internet for academic purposes has been seen since 2007 in Saudi Arabia. Its use can be visualized in the primary as well as the secondary education sector of the country. The findings of the study were deemed to be in alignment with the predetermined objectives of the research study which are further discussed in detail hereunder.

The study has certain predetermined questions that need to be answered based on the needs of the study. It is quite apparent that the research study has been conducted to depict the problems of e-learning in Saudi Arabia, especially in the domain of primary schools. The research study has also aimed at depicting the impact of both financial and technical problems on the growth of the educational sector in Saudi Arabia, especially in the domain of primary public schools in the nation.

The research approach primarily depicts the approaches that are being used to attain the predetermined research aims and objectives. It involves the methods and techniques that are taken into consideration for conducting any particular research study. Contextually, it can be found that there exist various research approaches for conducting any study depending on the need of the subject matter and the selected topic. In this regard, a few of the most common forms of research approaches include qualitative, quantitative, experimental, and mixed among others. A quantitative approach is a specific educational research method through which a researcher can decide what to study and what is to be analyzed. Moreover, it suggests how to do the research more specifically by considering the research questions. In addition, it is highly essential to collect quantifiable data from the participants to have a better understanding of the research objectives. Thus, during data analysis, it is highly essential to use the SPSS program to conduct the inquiry in an unbiased manner. Rationally, it can be claimed that this particular research approach has been chosen for the study, as the research method seems to be quite reliable. Apart from this, through the incorporation of this research method, several complexities of the research method can be reduced while conducting the research study. At the same time, in the context of quantitative research methodology, it is highly essential to identify the problems of the research study. On the other hand, qualitative research includes analysis of the data in a theoretical manner by collecting relevant data without the use of any statistical tool. In this regard, a quantitative approach has been undertaken in this research study, as the approach is appropriate for having a better understanding of the problem related to e-learning prevention in the primary public schools of Saudi Arabia (Kolb, 2012; Roshan & Deeptee, 2009).

In this context, it is highly essential to review the literature. In a review of literature, it is necessary to review quality sources, which are relevant to the subject matter of the research study. Moreover, it is quite essential to review peer-reviewed journals, articles, and books. The collected data from secondary sources has been essential for this particular study because it will enable the research to obtain wider data from varied sources. Simultaneously, to identify the accurate data regarding the primary public schools of Saudi Arabia, it is vital to gather data from government websites and education departments, which are recently been published. Moreover, gathering data from primary sources will also enhance the adequacy of the research study. In this regard, it is essential to conduct a questionnaire survey among the teachers in the primary schools of Saudi Arabia, who are directly or indirectly involved with the education system of the country.
