Our overview: The system, which we developed mainly describes an application of an online salon services, which we use “Queen Prettify “ to distinguish it from other salon services . For the application we choose attractive colors and special icons to attract the users attention and make them want to continue to check the products and the services, which we provide. The products and the services are placed to be easy to reach by the users. We have combine Words and metaphors to assist all types of users and to avoid any confusion. Through this system, the user can select the products and other services. Once the user fill out the required fields and press the confirm button, their order will be confirmed directly.
Our goal behind the system:
We want to become the best beauty lounge in the UAE through delivering the superb quality of work, exceptional customer service and the highest hygiene standards. This system will make it easier for the user to order different beauty products and other services online Moreover, using this system the users will not spend long time waiting to purchase products or try other services that increases frustrating rate and decrease the level of satisfaction. .
User Characteristics:
The goals of Human computer interaction are very essential to take into account in order to keep our applications easy to use by the visitors. First of all, we can reach the effectiveness through assisting the user to achieve the task successfully such as “purchasing”. We can reach the efficiency through assisting the user to accomplish their tasks quickly. Moreover, we can’t deny the importance of the first impression from the interface since it has big effects to keep the user on the page . Usability and appeal are considered to be from the factors that provides long term satisfaction of the user

The homepage will contain the overview, services, products, Book appointment and Feedback.
Our services:
By clicking on our service the user appears directly on the services page. There are three categories that users can choose to book an appointment such as: Hair style, Makeup, Manicure and Pedicure.

Our Products:
Our mission isn’t just to improve the outer beauty. Our mission is to provide the customer with the most organic beauty products for daily uses.
We offer a wide selection of beauty products such as: Hair oil, cosmetics and nail products.
Book appointment:
By clicking on book appointment button, the user can book online in minutes anytime and anywhere.
Customer feedback page will allow to understand how customers are rating and using products versus competitive products. Through collecting customers recommendations, comments and rating we can study their needs in order to provide them the best products and services. Moreover, Customers’ feedback is very essential for a service provider to determine how we are important to them!
Information Gathering:
In order to proceed with our project, we had to check out several websites and applications. This will help us in designing the interface of the application as well as figure out what we should add to the content of application. In addition, we had to get some real statistics to improve our application interface and the usage of this specific theme. The questionnaire was distributed among iPhone users to get precise numbers, percentages and answers.
This project will save both the time and money of our customers. A customer needs to visit the salon to get beauty services . For the human being it is normal to be busy and to use internet connection to order cupcakes via the website. To help the customer we designed a mobile application for salon services to make it easier for the ladies to get the best beauty services at home! Read More
