But how do continual improvement in IT services and its management contribute to bettering operational and process effectiveness? Also, how does it aid an organization to achieve cost-effectiveness? In dealing with these critical points, there are manifold factors to consider: IT costs, availability, infusion, and useful measures. The IT costs can be divided into four sub-categories namely hardware, software, workforce, and space. On this particular issue, we must identify what resources the company needs to control or measure. For every company, the number of hardware and software components is contingent on how much work is needed to produce or to serve the desired output. The varying conditions and limitations of these materials inevitably affect the operational and procedural efficiency of an organization. As a result, it also affects cost-effectiveness. Why? Because each capacity is a factor in determining how much service or job it can provide in the process of conducting the business.
