Product Purchase Behavior and Use I had been planning for quite some time to buy a brand new laptop, though a not a purely professional requirement but somehow this machine has got many reasons to be there in our lives. I began my search from the Internet and got some sufficient information on various brands along with a comparison of the features and prices. However, I preferred to buy it from a local market instead of an online store. I reached the Super Electronics market in the evening, and it was quite occupied at this time.

There were few brand specific shops while some others had all renowned modals and brands of laptops. The most important impression and influence was the immaculate display of these laptops. Special light effects were used to draw customers’ attention. The shops were spacious and spotless. The overall tidiness was parting a very soothing effect. I had not made up my mind for some particular brand before arriving at the market. Therefore, I spent quite some time in getting first hand information on various brands and modals.

I was feeling comfortable and received special care by the staff. As soon as I entered a wide open gleaming shop, I was instantly attended by a very polite and professionally mannered sales person who straightway took me to the sales manager. Instead of taking me to various stalls and corners of the shop, laptops were brought right before me for display. This special treatment and professional approach not only boost my confidence in the deal but also helped me in having a touch and feel of various products.

The thoroughly professional sales manager showed a personal interest and readiness to enlighten me on comparative features and prices of various brands. Additionally, he drew a comparison of various brands approach toward handling warranty claims and after sales support. He minutely noted my preferences and helped a great deal in making up my mind for the product I finally purchased from that shop. This was followed by a solid and methodical review along with a demo of the product by the sales manager.

The best part of this purchase was the peace of mind in purchasing a right product at affordable price along with a complementary carry bag for the laptop. My experience with the product was very pleasing, and I was quite satisfied with the performance of the laptop. The product was instantly registered at company’s website, and I received a mail of the support team on various features of the machine and a guideline to avail available online resources for their products. After a couple of weeks, I felt that the backup time for the laptop battery was not up to the ensured standards.

I called the sales manager and informed him about the behavior of the machine along with its frequency of use. My query was attended professionally, and I was asked to visit the shop along with the laptop at earliest. On my visit, the machine was thoroughly examined by the support staff, and the malfunctioning battery was instantly replaced with a new one. Since then, it is about one and a half year I’m using the machine quite comfortably without any maintenance requirements.
