WRITING of due: Original piece of writing: Is Love still there? I do not think peopleknow what love means anymore. A lingering question that I keep asking myself is after reading a blog about falling in love is ‘Do people still believe in love?’ It is hard to believe if people value love compared to the days of Romeo and Juliet. The legendary couple is still remembered to date because of their undying love (Coleman & Barnes 2007: 46). At this era, people had too much to offer and were very much creative. They wrote to each other poems, articles, and songs (Wollock 2011: 13). Looking at the twenty-first century, people value sex more than love. For instance, they go to the extent of having random sex with people they do not even know. That is where we get even married people cheating on their spouses without even trying to think about what they had before. In this century, a lot of young people are interested in mostly what the other has financially. They have destroyed the sweet charter called love. No matter how hard John Legend and Bruno Mars try to sing to the youth, it just falls on deaf ears. Projects are formed all the time to try and reveal if love is still alive and well in the world, and how better the world can be if they share their love. Writers and love experts try and write books for folks to read just to spice up the act of love (Bruckner 2011: 90; Dutton & Onge 2011: 44). All I believe in when is in love; they almost feel ashamed that someone can be that important that without them one feels like nothing, one feels like no one can ever understand how much it hurts. One feels so hopeless, but nothing can save you, and when it is all over, and its gone one almost wishes to have that entire back, so that one can save on the good part. I think when it is all over it just comes it just comes back in flashes, and it is like a scope of memories that all comes back, and one feels like your partner is never coming back, part of you always knows that there is chances of a relationship not working out, but one chooses the feelings that come along with. The craziest part is when ones partner is gone, and you think that you will never feel the same again. You start thinking of what would have happened. At times one thinks that maybe the relationship moved too fast, maybe or burned too bright. One tends to think that they lost their balance, moreover, the worst part of all is not losing your partner, it is always losing yourself. I agree with Margaret .A. Farley a writer who believes there is magic in love and sex. All of us poses some electrical and magnetic forces within tend to feel the force of attraction and repulsion between people who strongly love each other (Farley 2006:18). Love comes in many different ways. We tend always to want to spend time with the ones we love. In addition, these are the people you cannot afford to lose and still they are the people you care about the most. You can feel the love in different ways, for instance: love for family and parents, your friends, pets, as well as your partner. Most cases in love and sex, you might find people indulging themselves in relationships. Usually relationships beings when two people fall in love. Then they start seeing each other on dates. Unfortunately, some relationships don’t work. Some fail varying on reasons for the relationship to fall apart. If one feels that they are in love the next logical step to confirm if they feel the same about you as you do about them. People in a relationship can experience several types of relationship depending on how long they have been together. According to my views love, sex, relationships go hand in hand.in order for some relationship love and sex has to be involved .love indeed is a beautiful magnetic force but still has its ups and downs. Same still occurs in a relationship, when two people are in love they are inseparable, and it’s a beautiful feeling, but there comes a time that it becomes hard for one to handle their partner. It is clearly known that there are two sides of everything, thus still love has its two sides. Examples of terms An auxiliary verb adds emphasis in a sentence, and an auxiliary verb allows accompanies a main verb. The auxiliary verb is used to show the perfect aspect (Steever 2005:2). The auxiliary verbs are to aid express grammatical tense. They always appear together with the main verb. Here are some examples of auxiliary verbs are (been, are, is, were, being, can, could, dare, do, have, has) extra. In my paragraphs, there are occasion that I have used the auxiliary verbs. For example Most cases in love and sex, you might find people indulging themselves in relationships. In this case, the auxiliary verb is might that emphasizes how people indulge themselves in relationship Semantic field is a technical word in the discipline of linguistics to illustrate asset of words out together in a certain way (Steever 2005:18). For example in my blog, this sentence clearly is a good example of a semantic field. I do not think people really know what love means anymore.do people still believe in love? Lexical cohesion is a linguistic device which aids to create unity of text and disclosure. Lexical cohesion is the effect achieved by the selection of vocabulary. I think when it is all over it just comes it just comes back in flashes, and it is like a scope of memories which all comes back and one feels like your partner is never coming back, part of you always knows that there is chances of a relationship not working out, but one chooses the feelings that come along with. Coordination is a way of organizing phrases, clauses and words into more complex forms to enable them to work together. Coordinating conjunctions join words, clauses or phrases. The joining words include an, yet, but, or, so extra. Some of these terms can also be prepositions. For instance in the article above: The craziest part is when ones partner is gone, and you think that you will never feel the same again. And here is the coordinating conjunction. Style of writing produced in the first part There are four major ways of writing skills. This includes expository writing, description writing, persuasive writing and narrative writing. Expository writing is a subject-oriented style in which the writers aim is to tell you about a certain preferred topic. Descriptive writing is a type of writing where the authors aim to describe a character, event or place and sometimes inform of poems. Persuasive writing makes the writer justify and give reasons to make then reader or persuade and convince the reader or the audience what he or she is talking about. Persuasive writing mostly is to convince the reader on your point of view. Narrative writing is self-explanatory, it involves the writer where he creates a character and narrates the story, for example in novels and short stories or sometimes in poetry. Narrative stories have to have a logical begging that is: a creative introduction, the body and a conclusion. They mostly involve satiation like conflicts, love stories, actions, and there usually problems and solutions. (Hyland 2003: 113). In this cause, the style of writing I used to write is persuasive writing. I want to persuade my readers or audience on my views on love and sex. I have clearly stated my views on love and sex.as much as they are both wonderful things that go hand by hand in modern dating I still have clearly stated that they are the both sides. There is the part one feels so great and the other that hurts. I believe the type of genre I used was biography genre. This is a study in literature whose the main topic is the biographies of individuals where students get to write on their point of view. Basically, the intended audience can be referred to the people who the writer thinks will read the article. Since they type of writing is percussive, and the genre is biography I really want the intended audience to be persuaded on my points of view towards the topic love and sex. When using persuasive writing I can freely bring out statements that are referred in the contest of argument, for instance, when I ask: do people really still believe in love? I bring up the contest of argument where the intended audience tends to debate on the statement. Finally, my thoughts on my style of writing which is persuasive writing is that I think it is important because it gives students or writers an opportunity to write using various formats.it also encourages students on careful choice of words, the development of realistic arguments and good logic summary.
