By displaying appropriate good classroom and management strategies, I have resolved all issues I happened to confront. Also I liaise with the class teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

I am a confident person with high proficiency in teaching, which combines with adequate working knowledge and a great amount of interaction with children. I gained relevant skills and knowledge about child development and the structure of school (education) organisations. For example, I gained observational, assessing, monitoring and recording skills to record any progress and development of the organisation, including staff and children I worked with. My day to day duties also involved the assessment and identification of the immediate and on-going needs of parents advice and support besides liaising with other agencies on behalf of my school.

I personally coordinated sessions for bilingual as well as non French speaking students. My work experience and education will allow me to take up any teaching job confidently and I can effectively produce a quality service for children and the parents from French background who cannot speak English well. Besides, I have attained a high level of confidence in supporting and helping all parents and the local community. I also have experience in working as Human Resources Assistant in Philadelphia Centre Congo DR (2012-Present), where I have assisted the day-to-day operations of the HR management as well as administration.

My main contributions here pertain to areas such as employee relations, departmental development, training and development, compensation, HRIS benefits, executive administration etc. I have put in my earnest efforts to attain the best HR practices and objectives that offer an employee-oriented, high performance culture that focuses on empowerment, productivity and international standards. I have provided psychological support to children and their families in the delivery of the Council’s Kids and Young People Plan 2010-2013. During this stint I have worked within the scope of underlying policies, particularly the Early Intervention Strategy to achieve the objectives set for me. I Supported teaching team by encouraging ad hoc clerical and administrative jobs and facilitated the accomplishment of specific school targets. I also have experiences in providing awareness and application of health and safety of the employees in their working atmosphere and also I possess the ability to show dedication to quality services and an understanding of why Customer Care is essential in employment and service delivery etc.
